How it works

Three ways AppClient helps you plan a visit

Start with a published company, then keep the appointment and its updates together in your own workspace.

1. Find a provider and request a time

Book with a company whose published profile you can access.

  1. Explore companies

Browse the directory and open a provider profile to review its services, hours and contact details.

  2. Choose a service

Select what you need; AppClient shows the times that can be requested for that provider and service.

  3. Pick an available time

Review the booking calendar and choose the date and time that fit your schedule.

  4. Send the request

Check the summary and submit the appointment request. The business receives it in AppTenant.

A clear booking request based on published services and available time.

2. Keep your visit on track

Return to AppClient whenever you need the latest appointment details.

  1. Open your appointments

See upcoming and past visits, including the provider, service and scheduled time.

  2. Check the status

Review changes and whether a provider or client confirmation is still needed.

  3. Act when allowed

Confirm or cancel an appointment when its assigned policies permit that action.

  4. Keep your own context

Add private notes and revisit the appointment history when you need it.

The current visit information and permitted actions are easy to find.

3. Stay informed between booking and visit

Use appointment-specific communication and your preferred notification options.

  1. Read updates

Follow relevant appointment changes and reminders in the available notification channels.

  2. Use Messaging

Exchange Messages with the provider in the context of a linked appointment.

  3. Keep a calendar view

Use available calendar links or subscriptions to see visits in your calendar.

  4. Return to the visit

Open the appointment to review its current time, status and details.

Communication and visit details stay tied to the appointment they describe.

Questions before your next booking

Which companies can I find in AppClient?

Published company profiles appear according to their visibility settings. Some are open to everyone; restricted profiles are available only to eligible signed-in clients.

Can I request an appointment myself?

Yes. When a company has published an accessible profile and offers online booking, choose a service and available time in AppClient and send the request.

Some public company booking pages support an anonymous request. An AppClient account gives you a workspace for reviewing and managing your visits.

Can I confirm or cancel an appointment?

You can use those actions when the appointment’s assigned policies and deadlines allow them. AppClient shows the current options on the appointment.

Are my notes shared with the provider?

Private notes in your AppClient appointment are for your own reference.
